Auto Detection

Setup

Auto detection can be utilized when the properties type is set to Local.

You can enable it in the settings section.

Choose the detection layer mask. If there are any objects in the selected layers that are not used with World Dissolve, enabling the auto detection feature will negatively impact CPU performance, as the script updates all materials of all objects with colliders in the layer mask when detected.

To enable auto detection for any object, it needs to have a mesh/skinned mesh renderer and collider.

Masks used with the World Dissolve, which have auto detection enabled, need to have colliders added.

Collider Scale

Ensure that colliders of the masks are scaled up by adjusting the collider scale, angle, and radius properties. This is important when edge properties add colors outside of the mask range.
